Proven innovative trainings

Our trainings are delivered in groups face to face or over the phone, using an effective process. Discover our telephone training activities !

 

They are live and interactive and capitalise on the collective intelligence of the group (8 to 12 people max). The quality of our trainings relies upon :

  • the expertise and competence of our trainers (experience of 360° process and phone facilitation skills),
  • the participants' involvement (regular attendance and preparation).

 

The design and follow up of developmental plans are not included in our programs as experienced coaches should master them.

 

More than 70 coaches have already been trained on 360° methodology using telephone-training !

 

How is the session run ?

Enrolment to Module A1 is subject to a telephone interview with the facilitator who is both coach and expert in 360° process.

 

Once the training is confirmed, participants receive all relevant information such as documentation and connection procedures to access the secure and private phone training space.

 

Each module is made of 6 weekly phone sessions of one hour each. Practical case studies offered require preparation prior to the session. During the session, these cases are developed further by the entire group through role play where each of the participants is given the opportunity to be either "the coach", "the client" or "the observer".

 

Individual feedback is provided to each participants.

 

Upon request, our telephone group trainings programmes could also be offered as traditional classroom training.

 

What will you get when you enrol ?

1. Overall documentation (pdf format),

2. Feedback on :

  • Individual All-e-Quest 360° (« how I am perceived as a coach »)
  • or an All-e-Quest 360° group profiling (« how I position myself within my group ») ,

3. Relevant reports,

4. Feedback delivered by an ICF certified coach (PPC or MCC),

5. Facilitation of group telephone sessions.

 

Call charges are paid by the participants.

 

Pre-requisites – what you need :

  • Internet access,
  • Good quality land line telephone.

 

Being certified in 360° approach usage

Certification is geared for coaches.

Two levels of certification are available :

  • All-e-Quest 360° for individuals,
  • All-e-Quest 360° for groups (teams, group profiling and projects).

Certifications are granted upon completion of theoretical and practical assessments. Successful coaches can then join our international network of certified coaches.
