Gathering perception around a project
The All-e-Quest 360° Project does not target/evaluate a manager but a project. It gathers perceptions from the various stakeholder groups involved in a project (project team members, sponsors, internal clients, end users...).
Data is collected through a bespoke questionnaire. Some of the themes covered by the questionnaire include project buying, aims and objectives, deadlines , risks ...
The questionnaire is aimed for :
- each project team member,
- the various stakeholder groups directly or indirectly involved in the project.
Differences of perceptions between project members and that of stakeholders are used as a basis for discussion to elaborate a common vision for the project.
