Our individual All-e-Quest 360° feedback is the process through which a manager gains a feel and understanding of how people around him/her (hierarchy, peers, other stakeholders,…) perceive their managerial behaviour. This data is gathered through a bespoke questionnaire. These perceptions are then compared with his/her own perception. Based on the differences in perception, the manager becomes aware of how he /she is actually being perceived, his strengths and areas of development. This gap in perception leads to the design of a personalised development plan.
