Joceline is a Professional Certified Coach from ICF (International Coach Federation). With over 20 years experience in industry, she has worked as an IT executive and senior organizational development.
Then she gained experience of various schools of coaching and approaches such as NLP, Transactional Analysis, Systemics, PCM…
In order to enhance her understanding of humain behaviour she qualified as a clinical psychologist and lectures coaching at university.
Capitalising on her IT competence and experience in 360° feedback process she has designed a web platform allowing the processing of all types of 360° questionnaires. As well as developing individual 360° processes, Joceline also designed processes for groups (360° group profiling) and team development (360° team) used for team and group coaching.
The unlimited innovative technology used by the All-e-Quest platform allow multilingual processing of questionnaires. Questionnaires can be tailor made and include organisational values and competencies to reflect the specific nature and demands of the manager’s position (360° individual, 360° team).
