How an All-e-Quest 360° for an individual works
Carried out by a coach or an HR/People consultant. The steps are as follows:
- checking/validating manager’s buy in,
- questionnaire design and development,
- identification of raters to whom questionnaires will be e-mailed to,
- logistics around questionnaires management including response rate monitoring and reminders to late respondents,
- consolidation of responses and report design,
- feedback session with a coach or an HR/People consultant,
- design of an action plan based on results,
- implementation and follow up on action plan.

Typical raters for a manager include :
- his/her bosses,
- peers or colleagues,
- his/her business partners,
- his/her internal stakeholders (other individuals they may interact or deal with),
- his/her external stakeholders (i.e. clients, suppliers, personal contacts …).
