How an All-e-Quest 360° for an individual works

Carried out by a coach or an HR/People consultant. The steps are as follows:

 

  • checking/validating manager’s buy in,
  • questionnaire design and development,
  • identification of raters to whom questionnaires will be e-mailed to,
  • logistics around questionnaires management including response rate monitoring and reminders to late respondents,
  • consolidation of responses and report design,
  • feedback session with a coach or an HR/People consultant,
  • design of an action plan based on results,
  • implementation and follow up on action plan.


Typical raters for a manager include :

  • his/her bosses,
  • peers or colleagues,
  • his/her business partners,
  • his/her internal stakeholders (other individuals they may interact or deal with),
  • his/her external stakeholders (i.e. clients, suppliers, personal contacts …).
