Gathering perceptions of the team and on a team

The All-e-Quest 360° for a team is not solely carried out on a specific manager but on a team. This is very often used for/on teams in particular “support” teams.

 

Perceptions related to the team’s operating mode, its achievements and purposes are  gathered with a tailored questionnaire. The questionnaire is addressed to the following people :

  • each team member,
  • the various stakeholders using the services of the team.


In some cases, it is also possible to assess users’ satisfaction for the services provided by a « support » team.


The summary report for an All-e-Quest 360° team

There are 3 key sections in the report :

 

  1. The way each team member perceives the team,
  2. The way the overall team perceives itself (perceptions of each members is compiled together)
  3. The way the various stakeholder groups perceive the team.


These various levels of perception allows the development of a shared vision (mission and vision) for the team based on :

  • the vision of each individual member,
  • the feedback from stakeholders.

Based on specific facts and feedback, it is possible to :

  • elaborate a common understanding of mission statements, objectives and of the organization,
  • agree on the « attitudes » and « behaviours » required to satisfy the various external stakeholder groups to whom services are provided.
