All-e-Quest 360° Training available to
Coaches, HR and People Consultants

Who is our training aimed for ?

It is designed for coaches and HR/People consultants looking for a powerful change management tool to support individual or group development in a changing environment.

This tool is also aimed for experienced coaches working within an organization and looking to be trained in the usage of All-e-Quest 360° for their professional activity.


Training programmes available

  • Module A3 : certification (theoretical and practical assessment)
  • Module A4 : All-e-Quest.com platform usage

You can only build up your training curriculum by attending all the lower levels of the same topic and work your way up to modules of higher levels.

 

 

Purpose of our trainings

After completing their training, participants will be able to carry out All-e-Quest 360° evaluations for individuals and groups and will :

  • understand the basis of delivering feedback,
  • verify the relevance, of such a process,
  • become familiar with the various steps when using the tool and
  • better understand the role of the coach (or the HR/People Consultant),

In other words they will be fully able to carry out an All-e-Quest 360°(individual or groups).

 

Our training is made of practical case studies.

 

Our trainings include individual and group feedback based on 360° methodology, therefore allowing participants to gain experience in a safe learning environment and understand the benefits through practice.

 

Individual and group feedbacks are delivered by ICF (international Coaching Federation) certified coaches (PCC – Professional Certified Coach; MCC – Master Certified Coach).

 

 

Ethics

There are two key criteria we wish to emphasise during our trainings: ethical behaviour and methodologies.

 

Coming up in 2007

Questionnaire design including all aspects of an organization (its vision, culture, values, function, competencies of reference…) will be part of our offerings for 2007.
