A change management tool
The All-e-Quest 360° group profiling allows the benchmark of the managerial behaviours of an individual against the one of a group of people of a similar role (i.e. members of a management committee or of same hierarchical level within the organisation).
This benchmark is solely provided to the manager being assessed.

The advantages of such a process
This process is useful in the context of :
- group work (if managers are not part of the same team),
- with teams (team building, team cohesiveness and enhancing synergy).
All managers need to take part to the same All-e-Quest 360° Individual (using the same questionnaire).
The All-e-Quest 360° group profiling provides a consolidation of how each of the group members’ managerial behaviours is perceived.

The different types of reports
The summary/synthesis All-e-Quest 360° group profiling report will :
- bring to light the gaps (between highest and lowest scores) as well as the average for the group,
- and capture the prevailing managerial behaviours within the group.
The individual report (sent to each group member) allows recipients to position themselves within their group and provides them with the opportunity to further develop the behaviours needed for high performance.
Each individual can then adapt and contribute to the group's performance.
