All-e-Quest is a division of ALEC Coaching® Company specializing in individual and group coaching.
ALEC Coaching® focuses mainly on people potential development to enhance organizational performance.
ALEC Coaching's coaches work in close partnership with individuals, teams and organizations.
Amongst tools available ALEC Coaching® coaches use the All-e-Quest 360° feedback methodology.
A network of coaches/consultants certified in All-e-Quest 360°
Depending on requirements, All-e-Quest coaches get involved to :
- validate the relevance of the 360° process within the context of your organization,
- design the questionnaire based on your organisational values and competencies,
- carry out a 360° assessment,
- feedback of results/findings,
- develop an action and developmental plan
- assist and support managers and teams throughout the process.
Following the rules of our code of ethics
All our coaches/consultants will commit to the following :
- verify the relevance of the 360° for the organization,
- obtain buy in from stakeholders,
- for individual 360° – provide feedback of the results only to the person concerned.
