Who is our training for ?
It is aimed at HR directors, HR representatives and training & development specialists wanting to be prepared prior the launch of a 360° process. This will equip them to :
- understand key success factors,
- master the various steps to follow in the process and its challenges,
- be familiar with the rules to ensure success of the process.

Training available
Module B1 :
- 360° aimed at managers and executives (All-e-Quest 360° Individual ),
- groups (All-e-Quest 360° Group Profiling) or teams (All-e-Quest 360° Teams)
- face to face or phone training for groups
- group size ranging from 8 to 12 participants
Module B2 :
- practical and operational applications of the 360° methodology based on cases studies provided by each participant
- phone training for groups
- group size ranging from 6 to 8 participants
Aims and objectives of the trainings
By the end of the training, participants will :
- understand the principles and theories behind the 360° methodology,
- understand in which environment it is appropriate or not to use a 360° process,
- understand how to define the 360° to ensure successful implementation,
- develop appropriate communication throughout the process,
- be able to implement the 360° process and manage logistics and follow up.
